What I Did
RESEARCH
Identify organizations, talent communities, consultants, and potential partners relevant to the production's casting and outreach needs.
ORGANIZE
Built and maintained an Excel-based database of 500+ organizations and contacts, creating a centralized system for tracking research, outreach, and opportunities.
CONNECT
Conduct targeted outreach and build relationships with organizations and community contacts to identify prospective talent, consultants, and partners.
COORDINATE
Support day-to-day casting operations and project logistics through scheduling, outreach tracking, administrative coordination, database management, and occasional travel booking.

What began as research and outreach for Fake It Until You Make It grew into deeper involvement across casting, community events, and project operations. By building strong relationships and consistently taking ownership, I earned greater responsibility and ultimately progressed from Casting Intern to Freelance Casting Associate.
