Olivia Bynum's Work @
The Dragonfly Agency
Talent Intern → Talent Recruiter
At Dragonfly, I worked across talent recruitment, development, and agency operations within the Commercial & Theatrical division. I helped identify emerging actors, digital creators, and models, evaluate where they could grow, and support the day-to-day systems and strategy behind managing talent.

What I Do
IDENTIFY
Source and evaluate actors, creators, and models based on potential, performance, brand fit, and agency needs.
POSITION
Research auditions, brand opportunities, and industry events that align with each talent’s goals and personal brand.
DEVELOP
Support talent growth through performance feedback and individualized 30-60-90 day improvement plans.
COORDINATE
Manage scheduling, talent communication, audition logistics, and the agency’s in-house self-tape studio.
From Talent Insight → Opportunity
Working with both traditional talent and digital creators taught me that identifying potential is only the beginning. I learned to look at each person's strengths, performance, goals, and existing brand, then research opportunities that made sense for where they wanted to go next.
IDENTIFY
...who has potential
POSITION
...do they fit our needs?
EVALUATE

MATCH

}
DEVELOP
Their course plan that aligns with their/our brand
From Brand Strategy → 80% Growth
I also helped rethink how the Commercial & Theatrical division presented its talent on social media. I developed new visual formats for actor spotlights, bookings, and new-talent announcements, contributing to an 80% increase in Instagram engagement within three months.
Additional Responsibilities
SELF-TAPE STUDIO
Scheduled talent, coordinated recordings, and guided actors and creators through audition preparation and submission requirements.
INTERN PLAYBOOK
Created a centralized guide for future interns covering responsibilities, FAQs, scheduling, client calls, email and Instagram templates, and self-tape studio operations.
DEPARTMENT OPERATIONS
Shadowed and assisted the Head of Commercial/Theatrical with talent communications, scheduling, incoming calls, front-office responsibilities, and day-to-day roster needs.
